Stuffed Chicken Breast (cheese and spinach)

Chickens are popularly used in the west. An everyday element in all sorts of cooking, chickens became known worldwide. The classifications of menus and recipes worldwide have sealed a much industrialized culinary cuisines.

 Here is one on the few recipes that manifests the very culture of Italy.

The ingredients are as follows:

Bacon slices

5 chicken breasts

Chopped and dried spinach

Cheese (blue cheese is preferred)

2 tablespoons flour

Black pepper

Salt

Cooking Oil (vegetable oil is preferred)


Fry bacon first and afterwards, set it aside. Mix spinach and cheese together in a bowl then add the bacon. Put the finished mixture in the center of the chicken breasts. In order to secure the mixture and the chicken, use toothpicks. Stir four, salt, and pepper in a plate and afterwards, roll the stuffed chicken in it. Fry both sides (top and bottom) of the stuffed chicken in a medium heat skillet. Remove the dish and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake it for 30-35 minutes until the spinach are cooked and the cheese are melted.
