Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in shallow dish; set aside. One by one, coat each wing with mustard; roll in crumb mixture to coat. Place in baking dish. Bake for 35 for 40 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through baking time. Serve warm.
