  1. Beat eggs in medium bowl, using hand beater, until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients except shortening.
  2. Melt shortening in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into skillet; flatten with spatula. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
