In a medium bowl add cracker crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard; stir to combine. Fold in the crab meat. Place a quarter of the stuffing in the center of each fillet; roll up and place in baking dish seam side down. Place a pat (1 Tbsp) of butter on top of each fillet and sprinkle with dried parsley and paprika. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with sliced cherry tomatoes and lemon wedges.
