  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10- inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Spread 3/4 of the batter evenly into the bundt pan.
  4. Streusel: In a small bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of streusel mixture over the batter in the pan. Spread the remaining batter over the streusel. Top with the remaining streusel.
  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until a cake tester or long skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. Place cake on a cooling rack and let cake cool upright in the pan for 20 minutes. Invert cake onto serving tray and drizzle with glaze.
  6. Glaze: Blend powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
