Drain and return noodles to pot. Add soups, chicken, milk, cheese and sour cream to hot noodles. Stir over medium heat until heated through. Pour into 13x9 inch baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Place casserole under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy on top. Dish into serving bowls and add shredded cheese if desired.
