  1. Cut hard cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
  2. Place yolks in small mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Add 1/2 cup chopped bacon, mayonnaise, relish, mustard and vinegar; mix well.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture into hollow of egg halves and sprinkle with chives and remaining bacon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Refrigerate before serving.
