Cut into pieces at joints. Discard wing tips. Combine soy sauce, sugar, wine, garlic, oil and ginger. Spread wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over wings. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees, in marinade, for 1 1/2 hours. Remove hot wings from the pan and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
