One concoction that is seldom mixed is pork and anchovies. Such combination would give a meaty aroma since anchovies are popular for its unique scent. Here is a good recipe of an appetizer made from the two major ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 cups Peeled pomelos
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Cooking Oil
1 tsp spring onions
½ kilo sliced pork
Pork broth cubes
Sugar
Anchovies
Procedure:
1. Have the pomelos separated from the other ingredients.
2. Fry garlic until brown in 1 tsp cooking oil, set aside.
3. Sauté spring onions in the same oil, set aside.
4. Fry sliced pork until cooked.
5. Add anchovies together with the pork broth cubes.
6. Wait until the broth cubes are thoroughly melted in the mixture, add sugar to taste.
Plating:
1. Remove mixture from the pan, put it in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle garlic and spring onion on top.
3. Add the peeled pomelos, too.
