Here are the Ingredients:
Fish: Salmon fillets/Chops
Marinade:
1 chopped onion
1/4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
pepper
catsup
soysauce
Instructions:
Heat your pot and mix all the ingredients for the marinade until it boils into thin syrup. Strain the mixture and chill the the marinade in the refrigerator. After 10-15 minutes, brush your washed fish steak with the chilled marinade. Be sure to coat both sides of the fish. Marinate it for an hour in the refrigerator. Grill the marinated fish over a hot griller or coal. Constantly brushing each side with the marinade enhances the flavor.
