Nowadays, baked dishes have become a staple food in households. One factor that made it indispensable is because of its easiness in preparation and cooking process. Baked dishes are likely a better substitute for rice and meat dishes when it comes to special occasions and parties.
BAKED POTATOES AND HAM
5 pounds quartered red potatoes,
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cups cooked, chopped ham
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
3. Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and Bring potatoes to a boil for 12 minutes using a large pot of water and drain afterwards
4. Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, green onions, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes.
5. Evenly spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
6. Add bread crumbs and butter on top.
7. Bake it for 30 minutes.
